Active older adults discover an endless variety of opportunities to pursue their interests, learn something new, and enjoy the companionship of peers, through the Forest Hills Senior Center. Bi-weekly lunch-and-learn programs, fun and entertaining day trip opportunities, and an exciting schedule of special events, complement a dynamic list of lifelong learning and fitness courses tailored to the interests of our active seniors.

Classes
Classes are offered each quarter/season (fall, winter, spring and summer). We stay up on the hottest trends is enrichment education and offer several new, fresh classes each quarter as well as perennial favorites that our community enjoys. We publish our classes in a printed class catalog three times a year: fall, winter, and spring/summer. It is mailed to all Forest Hills families and others who sign up on our mailing list.
The Learning Café
The Learning Café is a program that meets at the Forest Hills Community, Aquatic and Senior Center the second and fourth Tuesday throughout the year. Typically, a catered luncheon at noon is followed by an entertaining and/or informative presentation at 12:45. Learning Café programs focus on topics in the arts, health, personal finance, travel, leisure pursuits, history, and much more.
Day Trips and Special Events
Community Services offers day trips to area points of interest. Locations may include live performance venues, historical locations, and/or commercial interests and day trips include bus transportation and a meal (lunch). Community Services also hosts special events at the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center.
