On February 7th, Our school hosted the Special Olympics Basketball Game Tournament between the three FHPS High Schools. Over 800 members of the EHS student body and Community cheered on the Special Olympians. Many high school teams do not have that opportunity. Thanks to Mr Chris Thomas for organizing this awesome event!

On Saturday, February 8th some of the EHS Band and Orchestra students participated in the MSBOA Solo and Ensemble Festival in Zeeland. Many of our students received the highest rating and are now eligible for the State Solo and Ensemble Festival in March. Congratulations on their performance achievements. Our young musicians represented Eastern extremely well!
Mr. Tim Hollern is an Assistant-Principal at Forest Hills Eastern High School. He is known for his happy, outgoing demeanor and engagement with many different types of students.
