Whether you’re experiencing grief, loss, family changes, health challenges, financial challenges, peer breakups and friendship changes, there’s something for everyone at the upcoming AAA speaker series, “Life Happens…Navigate the Emotions of Change.” Everyone experiences change or goes through various transitions in life. Changes in life bring a whirlwind of emotions and how we respond during these times can have a cascading effect on other individuals and future events. Mark your calendar for Monday, Nov. 30, at 7 p.m., at the Fine Arts Center, to attend the fall “Our Kids’ Well-Being” speaker series featuring Nancy Colflesh followed by several small group sessions.
