As we end the 2023-2024 school year, we want to take a moment to honor this year’s retirees. Our board, administration, parents, and students appreciate the service of each of our district employees who have dedicated themselves to positively impacting the lives of students each and every day of their careers. The 56 staff retiring this year have been committed to helping each student reach their individual potential for a combined 1,448 years. These administrators, teachers, itinerant staff, aides, secretaries, bus drivers, custodians, food service, and child care workers have been members of the Forest Hills Community for as many as 48 years, with the most experienced joining the district in 1975. They have earned our appreciation and gratitude through their ongoing commitment to our students and by the support and friendship they have provided to their colleagues.
