Annual Student Enrollment Verification and Transportation Request for 2025-26

Every family with a student returning in the fall of 2025 MUST verify information in PowerSchool. For families with a returning student, click on this link to log in to your PowerSchool account. Select “Forms” on the left navigation menu. Edit, verify, and upload the appropriate information required. If you have more than one returning student, you must complete the verification process for each student. This process is required for all returning FHPS students. It is important to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information for all students for the 2025-2026 year, and it is critical to complete this verification to ensure that your transportation request for next year is received.
