Forest Hills Northern High School was the school of the week for WOOD TV’s Football Frenzy. For Football Frenzy, the news station visits a local school in the morning a day of a football game, and airs live reports from the high school’s stadium. Part of Football Frenzy is a fundraiser for schools to bring in food donations that are given to Feeding America and local food banks. On Thursday, Aug. 31, FHN shattered the record for the amount of food donated, and collected 12,238 pounds of food! Watch the story that aired regarding this impressive total!
