Welcome back and we hope you will join our athletic programs at CMS. We are excited to announce that we are joining the high schools in using FinalForms this year. FinalForms is an online forms and data management service that will make registering for athletics each year much easier. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! If you haven’t done so already, use the link below to get started.
IMPORTANT: Per MHSAA all athletes must have a physical dated on or after April 15th, 2022. No athlete will be allowed to try out for a sport without an updated physical.
