FLEX ACADEMY
The Flex Academy is designed to provide students with an opportunity to continue their formal education process in a nontraditional setting. Our goal is to create an environment for learning that is unique for each individual student, allowing them to succeed in their educational advancement down alternative pathways.
ALTERNATIVE PATHWAYS TAILORED TO STRENGTHS
For some students, a traditional high school setting isn’t the right fit — and that’s okay. The Flex Academy gives Forest Hills students the chance to continue their education in a flexible, nontraditional environment built around their individual needs. Whether a student is navigating anxiety, a mental health challenge, a significant life circumstance, or simply learns best outside a conventional classroom structure, the Flex Academy offers a supportive path forward toward graduation.
With smaller class sizes, flexible scheduling, and a dedicated team of teachers, counselors, and mental health support staff, students can re-engage with their education at a pace and in an environment that works for them.

WHO IT'S FOR
The Flex Academy serves high school students from all three Forest Hills attendance areas who need an alternative pathway to academic success. Students are referred to the program by their school based on individual circumstances, and our team works closely with each family to determine if Flex Academy is the right fit.
