COMMUNICATIONS

KEEPING YOU CONNECTED

The Communications Department oversees a wide variety of district functions, including district branding, district-wide emails, FHPS social media, print publications and brochures, podcasts, and marketing and student attraction efforts. The department also manages press releases, media relations, feature videos and district storytelling, Board of Education meeting videos, emergency and crisis communication support, staff recognition programs, and special project communications. In addition, the Communications Department serves as the main point of contact for questions, concerns, and suggestions from parents, staff, and the community.

MEDIA RELATIONS

We are committed to sharing the stories, successes, and important updates that connect our schools and community. Through media relations, we work closely with local news outlets, reporters, and community partners to highlight student achievements, district initiatives, events, and the people who make FHPS exceptional. Media inquiries, interview requests, and story opportunities can be directed to our Communications team to help ensure accurate, timely, and engaging information is shared with our community.

OUR BRAND, OUR IDENTITY

Consistent branding helps tell the Forest Hills story with one clear, professional voice. Whether you are representing the district or your school’s Hawks, Huskies, or Rangers spirit. Before creating materials, please request official logos from the Communications Department to ensure accuracy and consistency across every use. Our brand guide outlines approved colors, sizing, and usage guidelines to help keep the FHPS brand strong and recognizable district-wide.
