FHPS has gone GREEN to minimize flyers sent home in students’ backpacks.
Nonprofit community organizations, groups, and clubs can have links to their event(s) page from this page. By linking to your organization, community nonprofits can save money by eliminating costs associated with printing and copying. FHPS will no longer put PDFs on this page, but will only place a link to other sites.
Here’s what you need to do if you’d like this webpage or communication linked to your nonprofit organization’s webpage with the activity you are promoting:
- Please email the link along with your organization’s updated tax ID number to contact@fhps.net. We are no longer putting an organization’s PDFs on our website, just links to other sites.
- Forest Hills Public Schools will not promote an event, club, or activity that interferes or conflicts with an existing program offered by FHPS Community Services, the athletic departments, child care office, or similar FHPS entities. For a copy of ongoing Community Services programs, visit their website: www.enjoylearning.com.
- If the nonprofit organization’s event or activity is approved, the link will be posted on this website page within a week.
- Please allow a week to 10 days for your organization’s link to be approved and go “live” on our web page.
- The school district does not sponsor/endorse or otherwise take a position on these non-profit entities that exist separately from FHPS. We simply provide this service to our community in an effort to inform them of events/activities that may be of interest to school-aged children.

⇒Forest Hills Youth Sideline Cheer for students in grades three through eight has been separated into three sideline cheer groups based on attendance area for Forest Hills Public Schools. Forest Hills Youth Sideline Cheer helps younger students learn and love the sport of cheerleading. Qualified athletes are in third through eighth grades in the FHC, FHN, or FHE school district. Whether, through state-sanctioned competitions or football games, we support as many athletic events as possible and promote a positive game-day atmosphere for Forest Hills Youth Football League (FHYFL). Our program is meant to prepare athletes for high school cheer teams and strengthen the overall cheer program at all three high schools. We have one of the best youth cheer programs in the area – both in competitiveness and values. Our success depends on a commitment to excellence from our coaches, our support staff, our athletes, and their extended family members.
