The pay to play fee is $75, payable cash or check to the main office or at SchoolPay
All students must have a physical completed and signed by a Physician on file in the school office, dated After April 15th, 2021 in order to participate. All forms can be turned in to the office or emailed to Liz McKay (emckay@fhps.net)
