2021 Girls Basketball Tryouts and Wrestling Schedule Update
ATTENTION GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYERS AND WRESTLERS!
Sports physical requirements for the 2020-21 school year are as follows:
For this year only, all students must have a physical dated after April 15, 2019 in order to participate. So last year’s physical will work, if it is on file with our office. Those students will still need to complete the MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire which can be downloaded from the MHSAA website listed below.

The Health Questionnaire can be emailed to Mary Riley (mriley@fhps.net) or turned into the main office.
Students who do not have a physical on file with the office from last year must have one completed and turned in by the first day of tryouts. All new physicals can be emailed to Mary Riley (mriley@fhps.net) or turned into the main office.
