A few days ago, FHPS staff and students took part in the fifth annual Michigan’s Apple Crunch! In fact, over 8,300 Michigan apples were crunched district wide. According to the website, cherrycapitalfoods.com, more than 400 thousand Michiganders crunched apples on Wednesday, Oct. 25. The site explains how the Apple Crunch continues to connect communities and families. The Apple Crunch connects families to our agricultural heritage and we help our local growers.
