Summer Camp Programs
Forest Hills Summer Day Camp will begin at Northern Trails 5/6 building on Monday, June 11. Full or half days are available starting at 6:45 a.m. and running until 6:15 p.m. with a flexible schedule allowing use of as few or as many weeks as needed. Our fun, experienced staff is excited about spending their summer laughing and learning with and entertaining your kids as well as teaching them some exciting new games, crafts, sports and other activities.
Your children will have the chance to be with their school-year friends as well as make some new ones. We welcome non-resident children to enroll. Some of the exciting field trips we have planned are a fun-packed day at Double JJ Ranch, cooling off on hot days swimming at Richmond Park Pool, watching a professionally performed, kid-friendly play at Circle Theatre, whizzing up and down Saugatuck Dunes on dune scooters, picking blueberries, and enjoying many, many more.
Brochures for the program will be coming home with your child right after Spring Break. Information also will be available on the Forest Hills website, ListServ from your school and in the district-wide FOCUS publication which comes to your home. All enrollment paperwork is included in the booklet, or you may go to the Forest Hills Public Schools website at www.fhps.us, download the paperwork to complete, send, fax, or e-mail it to the Child Care Services Office.
